TrustedStays launches new partnership with UKAA to add build to rent sector to its corporate and Government flexible lets proposition

TrustedStays, the flexible lets booking platform for corporate and Government customers, has announced a new partnership with the UK Apartment Association (UKAA) that will add build to rents into its proposition.

The UKAA joins the UK Short Term Accommodation Association (STAA), which originally set up TrustedStays, to bring a greater selection of individual properties from across the UK that are now available for rent for corporate and Government accommodation bookers, on one single booking platform. The combination of the two industry bodies’ memberships will dramatically increase the current size of the TrustedStays inventory and open up more options for corporates and Government to book accommodation that as the Quality in Tourism accreditation..

TrustedStays was launched in 2021 following the success of the Homes for NHS scheme which united the industry in providing key workers with clean and safe homes to stay in during the pandemic. Since then, TrustedStays has won a Government RFP (Request for Proposal) – a first for the industry – and is piloting, with partner companies, the Global Distribution System (GDS), providing a new channel for corporate and professional travel bookers to secure quality homes and apartments for their customers and staff.
