AGM endorses UKAA direction as the voice of BTR

The UKAA AGM on 6 December gave members the chance to hear the progress made in 2023 and the strategic goals for 2024.  Members gave a clear endorsement for the UKAA to be the voice of BTR, delivering a Code of Practice for BTR, taking a lead in representing the sector on rental reform, and continuing to argue the case for BTR on Selective Licensing.
