THE UKAA

The UKAA is the membership organisation for all those involved in the ever expanding Build to Rent residential housing market. For too long tenants in the rental market have been treated like second class citizens.

About the UKAA

The United Kingdom Apartment Association (UKAA) serves as a focal point for the professional institutional rental market that will facilitate differentiation from the amateur ad hoc rental service.

Our aim is to improve the standards of service that our customers (tenants) receive.

Mission Statement

To be the leading membership association for all involved in the Build-to-Rent sector from investor to customer.

Vision

To professionalise and improve the service delivery of the residential rental sector in the UK by utilising best practices and knowledge gained from the USA model.

HOW WILL THIS BE ACHIEVED?

The UKAA will create networking and business to business opportunities through a comprehensive events programme, lead educational training programmes, support improved customer service delivery, organise study tours both nationally and internationally, implement suppliers forums, share qualitative research and represent the sector's voice in Westminster.
