UKAA Membership

Becoming a member of the UKAA is quick and easy. Below is an outline of what is required for you to join leading members of the UKAA BTR and SFR sectors.

UKAA Membership

Membership of UKAA is corporate. This enables all nominated staff to have access to the member benefits.

Individual membership is available when corporate membership is unsuitable. If you would like to discuss this opportunity further, please contact info@ukaa.org.uk.

Membership fees are based on the size of the organisation in terms of turnover or homes under management/in development as follows:

All fees are for 12 months of membership. In addition to the annual membership fee, when you sign up there is a one-off joining fee of £250. All fees exclude VAT where applicable.

From 2024, start-ups and sole traders/single practitioners have a membership fee of £399, with no joining fee. Any queries, please contact Jude.

Investor/funder/owner includes:

  • Architect practice

  • Planning consultant

Agency includes:

  • Letting and estate agents
  • Lettings management
  • Property agency

Applying online is easy

  • To apply online you will need to provide details of: 
    • A nominated lead member with whom all membership communications will be directed
    • Accounts contact name
    • A summary about your organisation (up to 500 words) to be used to announce your new membership in the UKAA NewsBuzz and on social media. (NB: We cannot announce your membership without this information)

Payment Options 

There are three payment options: 

  1. Request an invoice
  2. Pay in full by credit card
  3. Pay the £250 joining fee by credit card and request an invoice for the membership fee
  4. Alternatively, you can fill in the membership application form and email it to info@ukaa.org.uk

Membership Terms & Conditions

  • Membership term is 12 months running from the date we confirm your membership  
  • Renewal will be automatic unless you notify us by email (info@ukaa.org.uk) with at least 30 days notice before your renewal date
  • UKAA reserves the right not to accept a new member application at its discretion. In such cases the applicant will be notified within 7 days of the application being received and where a payment has been made a full refund will be given.
