Join us for an exciting panel discussion about BTR & the circular economy with the launch of David Phillips’ sustainable furniture reuse system – Release.

Release is about giving pre-loved furniture a second lease of life. David Phillips take furniture no longer required but still in great condition and combine it with their teams’ skills and expertise to give it a spruce up ready for its next home.

All our amazing panellists are recognised thought leaders with years of industry experience and will be discussing and sharing their views on why sustainability is important in our industry, as well as how we can be working better together to find solutions.

Speakers: 

Brendan Geraghty, CEO – UKAA

Architect, design and development strategist Brendan Geraghty is a recognised Build to Rent (BTR) thought leader who has been active in the sector since 2011. Brendan is known for actively championing the integration of consumer culture in BTR with a ‘brand before building’ approach. Brendan combines deep generalist and broad specialist knowledge, creating structured development and consumer centric BTR strategies, integrating consumer culture principles with investment requirements. He has spent 16 years in senior roles, including with Centred Architecture, Optim and Geraghty Taylor Architects, before becoming CEO of UKAA (the UK Apartment Association) in 2022.
