The objective of this report is to provide The UKAA and its members with a granular overview of Open & Operating Build-to-Rent (BTR) assets in our five major UK focus cities: Birmingham, Bristol, Liverpool, Leeds, and Manchester, all of which are Home Views’ highest-ranking BTR cities outside London.
