The principles of a new Build to Rent (BTR) Code of Practice are being introduced by The ARL (Association for Rental Living) for consultation with the BTR sector on their practical implementation.

Welcome to the consultation phase for the new Build to Rent (BTR) Code of Practice, initiated by the Association for Rental Living (ARL).

The following pages enable you to comment on your views of each principle, the rationale behind each, and on how these principles will be applied, implemented, and measured.
 
The consultation runs until 31 December 2024, so you have plenty of time to consider your feedback.
