The Best Practice Guide is the industry’s compendium, with content created by UKAA members for UKAA members. The new guide, now live and accessible to members online as part of the new-look UKAA website, brings together contribution from a wide range of individuals and organisations at the forefront of the BTR industry.
It aims to support the UK BTR community and encourage the pursuit of excellence by sharing knowledge and de-risking the industry for investors, developers, operators and suppliers.
“We are incredibly grateful to all those who have contributed to making the Best Practice Guide such a comprehensive resource for the UK Build to Rent industry. My thanks go to every contributor and supporter of this impressive project. The compendium will serve the entire Build to Rent industry for years to come and act as a steppingstone to delivering a future Code of Practice for Build to Rent.” – Brendan Geraghty, CEO, UKAA
Given the scope and scale of the industry – and its increasingly important role in delivering good-quality, professionally-managed homes for its customers across the UK – the UKAA Best Practice Guide has arrived at the optimum time.
Over 80 insightful articles are currently available covering topics from design and funding through development and construction to mobilisation and operation. Each article takes a deep dive into its subject area, while also providing practical, actionable insights. A steady stream of articles will follow as the programme of digital contributions continues.
“The Best Practice Guide already contains more than 80 articles, making it an immense repository of Build to Rent knowledge and expertise. As the industry evolves and pursues excellence in every area, the guide will act as a resource that can be applied to every element of our collective work.” – Brendan Geraghty, CEO, UKAA
