SPACE+, the collective of progressive property leaders, and UKAA, the membership organisation for the Build to Rent industry in the UK, announced their collaboration on two SPACE+ annual events; BWT UK and IMPACT UK.
BWT UK is the next generation of PropTech and Digital Transformation event, delivering meaningful engagement around major tech challenges and opportunities for landlords, investors and occupiers; taking place at Ministry Venues – home of the Ministry of Sound – on 29th June 2023. Headline speakers include Nick Searl (Joint Managing Partner at Argent), Angela Russell (Senior Managing Director at Greystar) and Bek Seeley (Managing Director at Lendlease).
The new collaboration helps the growing Build to Rent community to access big ideas for their technology and ESG strategies. UKAA Members can attend or sponsor the SPACE+ events at a preferential rate.
“The collaboration with SPACE+ is a great opportunity for UKAA Members to be inspired, gain knowledge and build a network of innovative thinkers and strategists from across the property industry,” said Brendan Geraghty, CEO of UKAA.
“We’re delighted to collaborate with UKAA on BWT UK and IMPACT UK. We share in a mission to accelerate digital transformation and ESG improvement for the property industry,” said Rob Marten, Co-Founder of SPACE+.
ESG and Technology are top priorities for landlords and operators of rental communities, in line with new regulations, evolving investor demands and resident desire for experience and amenities. In addition, the sharpening focus on social value is driving new tools for better community engagement, measurement, and reporting.
SPACE+ events are renowned for their innovative ‘Tribes’ – group discussions, where attendees participate in an open dialogue.
UKAA will Co-Host the ‘ALT/RESI Tribe’ at both events, which provides an opportunity for UKAA Members to connect and engage with each other, and the wider SPACE+ delegation.
