We are delighted to say that the feedback received from 2017’s UKAA Annual Conference, Exhibition and Dinner would appear to show that we struck the perfect balance between information, education, networking and fun.

The conference programme concentrated on the resident’s experience. The speakers, from all different industries, were able to give us a unique perspective on customer service and other issues. See below for the speaker presentations from the event.

The dinner and entertainment capped off a tremendous day and DNA, the BGT finalists, left us all open mouthed and wondering ‘how did they do that!’

We will publish fuller details, photos and a brief video of the day in due course. We will also publish details of our 2018 event as soon as these are confirmed.

And finally, we are also delighted that we were able to raise almost £4,000 for the LandAid project aimed at raising £1.5m to restore the YMCA near Old Street in London into a state of the art residence for 146 homeless youths.
